Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this new photograph drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing various sections of the property.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing congressional process.
